Help us empower youth through mentorship, encouragement, and community support.

Since 2010, the P.H.A.T. Kids Mentoring Program has been committed to Protecting, Healing, and Teaching while helping youth build confidence, leadership skills, and a vision for their future. We are always looking for caring, committed individuals who want to make a difference.

Mentors play a vital role in helping students grow and succeed. As a mentor, you may be matched with one or two students and help guide them through activities that promote character development, goal setting, career exploration, and life skills.

Mentor responsibilities include: Attend a two-hour training session Complete an interview and background check Commit approximately 4 hours per month Help youth build confidence, set goals, and prepare for the future.

Volunteer with PHATKids

Volunteers are essential to the success of PHATKids. We welcome individuals from all walks of life who want to support youth and families in our community. Volunteer opportunities may include: Assisting with community events Supporting mentoring activities Helping with outreach efforts Providing administrative or event support.

What to Expect

Once you submit your interest form, a member of our team will review your information and contact you within 24–72 hours. Selected mentors and volunteers will receive additional details about next steps, training, and available opportunities for the 2026–2027 program year.
