Our Mentoring Programs

Supporting youth through mentorship, leadership development, and positive life experiences.

The P.H.A.T. Kids Mentoring Program offers a variety of mentoring and personal development opportunities designed to help young people build confidence, develop life skills, and explore their future potential. Our programs are designed for youth ages 5–18 and focus on character development, leadership, and positive guidance.

YOUTH MENTORING

The P.H.A.T. Kids Mentoring Program provides mentoring opportunities for school-aged youth ages 5–18. Through supportive relationships and engaging activities, students gain guidance, encouragement, and positive role models that help them grow academically, socially, and personally.

MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING

Students are matched with a caring adult mentor (age 21 or older) who provides guidance, encouragement, and support while helping them develop confidence, set goals, and explore opportunities for the future.

PEER-TO-PEER MENTORING

Older youth are paired with younger students to provide encouragement, friendship, and guidance. Peer mentors help younger participants feel supported while building positive relationships and leadership skills.

GROUP MENTORING

Group mentoring activities bring students together for discussions, workshops, and recreational experiences that focus on leadership, teamwork, and personal development. Group events may be held periodically throughout the year.

EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

This program helps students explore what it means to be a leader by developing communication skills, responsibility, and confidence.
